How do I choose a psychologist?
Compare the profiles, age limits and available formats. If you are unsure, you can start with a free introduction; the psychologist can help you choose a next step.
Is an introductory meeting required?
No. You can choose a consultation directly. A free introduction is optional and available once with each psychologist; its current duration is shown in the service catalog.
Can we meet online?
Available formats are listed beside each psychologist’s services. Group meetings are in person only. Consultations are in Ukrainian.
What ages do you work with?
Current age limits are shown on the psychologists’ profiles. Parents join the first meeting for minors; further arrangements are agreed individually.
When is my appointment confirmed?
After the psychologist approves it personally. Your request holds the time immediately, but does not confirm the meeting. The contact page explains response expectations and contact hours.
How do I pay or reschedule?
Payment details are shared after approval. Message the psychologist to reschedule or cancel. Current terms are shown under Services & fees.
